August 17, evening: A series of earthquakes in southern Costa Rica

Just a few days ago team GREAT was setting up seismic instruments in the vicinity of the town of San Vito. Today the region experienced two (so far) significant earthquakes.

Data for these are being collated by our colleagues at RSN, we will have access in the coming hours.

Links to information pages (locations and magnitudes aren't matching, which is expected for reports from global and local observations).
